Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact [email protected] for a return procedure.

Please be informed that all ebook & MyLab access code are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be refunded via bank transfer within 30 days.
